FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, COOKEVILLE, TENNESSEE
Located in downtown Cookeville, the First United Methodist Church engaged EOA to formulate a master plan for their facilities and to begin design of the initial proposed phases of construction. Key master planning issues included locating a new multi-purpose facility, resolving circulation and accessibility issues within an existing building, grouping functions and departments to simplify operations, upgrading building systems, additions to the classroom building and daycare facilities. Phase I (a new Multi-Purpose Building) was completed in 2005. Phase II, the renovation of an existing building which began construction in Jan. 2006 and was completed September 2006.
