GOVERNORS CLUB GOLF CLUBHOUSE, BRENTWOOD, TENNESSEE This premier gated golf/residential community has been using an historic mansion on site as their administrative offices and the adjacent historic smokehouse as their golf pro shop and grill. Phase One comprises the design and construction of an outdoor 25-meter pool with deck and gazebo, conversion of the smokehouse into a fitness center with juice bar, and locker rooms. Simultaneously, construction documents for the first phase of a new clubhouse will be completed and construction will soon follow. This building will include a golf pro shop, administrative offices, kitchen and mixed grill and men's and women's locker rooms.
