SUB AREA 9 CENTER CITY MASTER PLAN, NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE
The Subarea 9 Plan represents a comprehensive plan and set of guidelines that were developed through the participation of an active Citizen's Advisory Commission, Metro Planning Commission, and MDHA. Numerous opportunities and constraints were considered in developing this plan and the growth management tools that will guide it over the next twenty years. As an update of the 1991 Subarea 9/Center City Plan, this document highlights opportunities and challenges that remain as well as articulating the new vision of this current planning process. The plan has been designed as a policy guide for pubic officials, planning officials, property owners, residents and business developers within Subarea 9 and the region. Awards.
