ROLLING MILL HILL MASTER PLAN, NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE
As part of a multi-disciplinary planning/urban design team which included RTKL Associates, Hawkins Partners and Robert Charles Lesser & Co., EOA developed a master plan and development strategy for the 34-acre Rolling Mill Hill property located on a prominent site in the southeast quadrant of downtown. The master plan will guide the future development of one of Nashvilles most prominent sites and recommend linkages to other downtown activities, the greenway along the Cumberland River and adjacent urban neighborhoods. Implementation strategies will target a diverse mix of uses including predominantly residential, retail, entertainment and office functions.
