GATEWAY BOULEVARD MASTER PLAN, NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE
The Gateway Boulevard Design Guidelines represent the thoughtful synthesis of planning expertise and architectural design that coexist at EOA. The intent of the guidelines is to positively shape and control the inevitable development that will follow the completion of this new tree-lined boulevard through one of downtown Nashville's hottest redevelopment areas. Architectural guidelines shape the massing, scale and character of the buildings that will front on the boulevard, while urban planning controls guide the streetscape elements that are essential for successful pedestrian activity in this urban context.
