PINNACLE AT SYMPHONY PLACE, NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE
The Pinnacle at Symphony Place is a 1,059,116 square
foot, 29 story office tower, with office, retail and
garage space for 988 vehicles. EOA paired with design
architect, Pickard Chilton, as architect of record for
this LEED Gold Certified building which is the home
of the law firm of Bass Berry & Sims and Pinnacle
Bank. This project provides Class A office lease space
and associated retail space in a landmark building that
set the standard for future development in the Nashville
downtown area south of Broadway (SoBro). The project
is be LEED Certified (Gold) and includes a green roof,
which includes terraces accessible to building occupants
at the top of the six-level parking podium, water harvesting
and the use of recycled materials. The 23-level office
tower continues above the podium. Retail spaces ring
the building at street level, engaging the surrounding
neighborhood and responding to the urban context.
