ERIC MCGINNIS, ASSOC AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Throughout Eric’s education at The University of Tennessee, he enjoyed the collaborative nature of the college campus. He was revitalized by studying in Krakow, Poland and travelling through Europe. He is encouraged by the wide range of studies that architecture encompasses, specifically experiments in presentation type. Eric’s architectural education culminated with winning the Tau Sigma Delta Bronze Medal. Since working with EOA, Eric has had a wide variety of experience including schematic design, construction documents, marketing, graphic design, and website design, as well as documentation experience on LEED certified projects.  Eric is nurtured through understanding the positive impact that strong design and sustainability can have on a client, occupant, neighborhood, and city.
