CRAIG KENNEDY, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Craig and his wife relocated to Nashville from Charlotte in 2005. While in Charlotte he worked for an architectural firm that specialized in creating award winning urban multi-family housing and mixed-use projects. That experience set a fire within him for creating ‘living’ environments. Upon joining EOA he quickly became a part of the urban housing team working on projects such as 5th and Main (Phase I and II), 4th and Monroe, and Mid City Gardens. Along the way his design experience has diversified working as a team leader on Parish Presbyterian Church, Cane Ridge Cluster Elementary School, a variety of GSA projects, master planning for the state of Tennessee, and conceptual level designs, such as the renovation of the ‘The Castle’ also known as the historic Tennessee State Penitentiary.
