Ever since EOA was founded, Bob has focused on improving himself, others and the firm as a whole. His vision for EOA is one of leadership as he states, "While we as a firm should learn from what others have done, we should not use it as EOA's benchmark of acceptable performance. We should define our own set of standards and strive for excellence in all aspects of design and service." Not surprisingly, Bob also enjoys seeing his fellow workers grow professionally and will quickly offer an encouraging word or inspiration to help them solve a problem or make their contribution to a project more meaningful. Bob is very interested in furthering EOA's commitment to humanizing design across all of the firm's market segments and the recent advances of neuroscience research quantifying the value of architecture. |
