MARRIOTT COURTYARD, NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE
In the heart of Nashville's downtown central business district, the original Third National Bank Building, built in 1900 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was completely renovated to become a 185-room Marriott Courtyard. This $9.3 million project entailed renovation and historic preservation of approximately 140,000 square feet and included restaurants, meeting rooms, new pool and exercise areas and executive suites. Awards.
