BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA EOA provided an Expanded Program Development Study for this historic building. The project was unique in the programmatic need to house the District Court in the historic courtroom, requiring a Grand Jury room in the facility and an increased presence of the U.S. Marshals Service. In this project, EOA worked closely with the USMS to evaluate the complex utilization of a modest amount of square footage to best comply with the guidelines and circulation requirements of both the USMS and the Grand Jury. |
