CEREMONIAL COURTROOM, RICHARD B. RUSSELL FEDERAL BUILDING & COURTHOUSE, ATLANTA, GEORGIA The renovations to the Ceremonial Courtroom #2306 on the 23rd floor of the Richard B. Russell Federal Building & Courthouse will include adding a movable partition wall that allows the ability to divide the existing large courtroom into two separate District Judge Courtrooms. When the Courts need the Ceremonial Courtroom, the divider wall will open to create one large courtroom. The two District Court Judge’s benches can also be temporarily modified to seat 13 Judges during en banc proceedings. |
