TERRY SANFORD FEDERAL BUILDING/COURTHOUSE, RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA When asked on Friday, April 15, 2005, to produce a computer-generated concept design and rendering to market the vacated Post Office wing of the Terry Sanford Federal Building/Courthouse, EOA delivered design sketches in 3 calendar days for review and comment. Changes were incorporated and computer renderings were presented at the Department of Agriculture in Washington DC on April 28, 2005.  The final package included an Exterior Rendering, Interior Rendering, Site Plan and First Floor Plan.
