- The people are great...they are really into design and doing their best. I love working with people who inspire me to do my best work. - I love my job...nowhere else do I get to do what I enjoy most while working on a variety of projects. - I can't believe how much responsibility I have...even though I am just out of school, I am involved in the design process and so many other aspects of a project...they respect my opinions and abilities and I go home each night knowing I added value. - I am learning so much...this is a great place to grow with lots of opportunities for advancement. They also have continuing education and mentoring programs. They are genuinely interested in taking time to explain things and help me understand so I can contribute more. - They respect me...even though we work hard they also encourage me to have a life outside the office. I feel they care about me as an individual.
