TOWNHOUSES, NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE Fourth & Monroe consists of 38 units in the Historic Germantown neighborhood, north of Downtown Nashville. Diversity of product was a priority both for the developer and the neighborhood. The development will have eight different product types and sizes including 2500 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space with loft residential units above, flats, two-story condos, fee-simple townhomes and two-family carriage homes. In response to recent contemporary development in the neighborhood, the client felt that there was “a whole demographic” of people who would prefer a more traditional feel for their homes.
