111 BROADWAY, NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE
Constructed in the 1930s, the three-story 111 Broadway building is an example of a reinforced concrete and brick industrial building. The proposed redevelopment will add a roof penthouse to the existing three-story building. While drawing inspiration from the proportions and materials of the original building design, the rooftop addition will be set back from the street front façade in order to preserve the original scale of the building and to distinguish the old from the new. The existing Big River Grille restaurant will remain on the ground level. Floors 2, 3 and the penthouse will be office space. Outdoor patios off the penthouse will take advantage of the dynamic views, including the Riverfront area, that downtown Nashville has to offer.

• Historic commission approval
• Creation of outdoor public spaces
• Distinctive Nashville design
• Mixed use / Street level retail
